Through the use of sound vibration, we expand the awareness from the mind of traditional mindfulness meditation to our entire being. When we are physically relaxed the mind follows, and when the mind is stress-free the body feels at ease.

Through the used of sound we train the body and mind to become less reactive to challenging situations, preventing the fight or flight response that causes a surge of adrenaline and other stress hormones to pump through our body.
