Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. At first we set up a pilot class at your workplace to ensure a good fit for your organization. We will conduct a simple survey after the pilot and through out the program to monitor the effects and satisfaction. Below is a summary of a survey done with a client.
We measured the level of stress, creativity and focus before and after the 45-minute Sound Connection class. The scale is 1 - 10 (1 = minimum, 10 = maximum). The average results were:
Drop in stress level from 5.3 to 2.1
Increase in creativity from 4.7 to 7.3 and
Increase in Focus/attention from 5.2 to 8.
